Summary
Follow these steps to sign in to NuPark parking management system that is managed by the CCS Parking Office (Phone: 509-533-3556 or Email: CCS.Parking@ccs.spokane.edu)
Step 1: Access the NuPark Login Page
Open your preferred web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Go to the CCS NuPark login page: https://ccs.nupark.com/portal
Select the Student/Employee Login button to be prompted with the Office 365 SSO login screen.
Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
On the NuPark login page, you will see fields for Username and Password.
Username: Enter your email address (e.g., username@bigfoot.spokane.edu or employee email address).
Password: Enter the password associated with your email account.
If this fails, please call the IT Support Center at 509-533-4357 Option 2 for further assistance.
Step 3: Complete the Login Process
After entering your credentials, click on the Sign In button.
If your credentials are correct, you will be logged into your NuPark account.
Step 4: Enter any vehicle you might drive to campus.
Select the + Add button under Vehicles to register a new vehicle to your account. You will need your license plate and VIN number for this process.
Add any vehicle that you might drive to campus, however, keep in mind that you may only have one vehicle parked on campus at a time under the permit.
Step 5: Purchase Permit
Select the + Purchase to purchase a permit.
Select the permit type you would like to purchase. The most common are quarterly permits.
Walk through the prompts to continue purchasing with a card.
Step 6: Seek Additional Help
If you are still unable to log in after verifying your credentials and account status with the IT Support Center and testing your logon on office.com, contact CCS Parking Office for further assistance:
