Student Home folders moving to OneDrive on macOS

OneDrive:

Starting Fall Quarter 2025, Student home folders will be using OneDrive. Documents, Downloads, Favorites, Music, Pictures, and Videos folders will be directed to student OneDrive Folders, and there will no longer be a network home folder or mapped drive. All files currently in student home folders have been copied to their OneDrive.

Rebranding:

Due to Spokane Colleges rebranding, all folders and shortcuts with ‘CCS’ in the names have changed.

CCS – Links is now College Links
CCS – My Links is now My Links
My Files is now My Files

Accessing OneDrive on a Windows Device at Spokane Colleges for the initial setup per device:

Navigate to the OneDrive Application located on the Dock. This folder might take 5-10 minutes to be available after initially signing in to a Spokane College device.
Launch the OneDrive Application.
Enter your Bigfoot email address and select “Sign In”.
In the next screen, select the option “Choose OneDrive Folder Location”.
Select “Choose this location”.
Select “Next”.
Select “Next”.
Select “Ok” to sync your documents.
Select “Open OneDrive Folder”.
After the folder is done syncing, you will be able to access and save files directly to your OneDrive.
