We will perform an identity verification process before assisting with locating the account and resetting the password. We don’t have access to these initial emails and can’t resend them.

Step 2: Locate a student computer in a lab. Enter the full email address and password into the appropriate fields and select Enter on the keyboard.

Hint: If you would like to update your account password, please select CTRL+ALT+DELETE on the keyboard. The following menu will appear, and you will select Change a Password.

The following screen will show your account, ask for the old password (which you initially used to log on), and then request that you create a new password and enter it twice. The new password must contain a minimum of 10 characters, and at least one number, one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one special character (the easiest to use are normally ! and *).

The computer should automatically log on to your account allowing students access to student printers, and software installed in the specific lab.
