Desktop video conferencing connects multiple parties in any location using your Internet enabled computer, tablet or phone.
You have been invited to attend a Zoom video conference meeting, now what?
Locate the meeting connection information.
You should have received a Join URL or Meeting ID for the meeting, along with date and time from the meeting host or organizer in an email message or an Outlook Meeting Request.
Join the meeting and Install the Zoom software.
The Zoom software will automatically install on your video conferencing device (computer, tablet or phone) when you join the meeting. Installation takes only a minute or two.
A few minutes prior to the start time go to https://www.zoom.us and click Join a Meeting on the upper menu bar.
Enter your Meeting ID or Join URL in the box provided.
Click the Join button.
Follow the prompts to install the software on your device.A Help dialog bubble appears in the lower right corner of the screen, if you need assistance.
Participate in the meeting.
Make sure your speakers, microphone and video camera are enabled (not muted), and begin your meeting activity.
