This procedure is for when you have forgotten your ctcLink password.
1. To change your password from the logon page select “Forgot your password?” below the Sign In button.
2. On the next screen enter your ID number and either press Enter on your keyboard or the tab button, your security questions will then appear.
3. Once you answer the security questions type in your new password twice. If the password successfully changes, you will receive a window stating that the password has been changed. (Wait 20 minutes before attempting to logon with your new password.)
4. If you receive a message stating that one or more of your answers are incorrect and you are not able to remember the correct answers, you will need to call the IT Support Center at 533-4357 Option 2 to have your account reset.
