The CCS IT Support Center does not consult on problems with home computers. Please, do not ask.
By asking for technical support or service on your home computer, you put the technician in an awkward position, and you are preventing him or her from performing their service to the college.
If you need help with your home computer, we recommend:
- Checking the appropriate hardware or software manufacturer’s website.
- Use a browser to search for the source of the issue you are facing or for a local repair shop.
- Contacting the appropriate hardware or software manufacturer by telephone.
